Rating: 4/5 Reviewed by BradJone October 20, 2006		Service issues is nothing new with any of these voip phone companies, try to get a hold of anyone at any other company let alone you local phone company. I signed up for their 3 month free offer plus I got a whole bunch of equipment for free. Beat that! Once you get it set up and running, there's no real reason to call customer service.

Can't get a hold of anyone there who will help...they just keep saying an engineer will fix it but nothing happens. No supervisors, no customer service help. Can't talk to anyone who can help. If you have Sunrocket now, you better hope it never goes out.
